Hitchin Stitchin's contribution to the Hitchin Festival was this very tactile 'Hickory, Dickory, Dock' scarf which Jane attached to the Gatward Clock in the Corn Exchange Square.
Apparently, even the police on duty in the square 'turned a blind eye' to the knitted grafitti.
