Our stall looked wonderful
We had many compliments about the items members of the group had knitted for the display and the workshop table was very busy. Men in particular were interested in the historical half of the display board.
The leader of a neighbouring group, Hearts and Crafters, manned the workshop table all day (and on Sunday, too)
She helped many people (including a pair of youngsters who are brother and sister) to begin knitting or gave advice to anyone who wanted help with techniques.
Great teamwork from the group (and others) resulted in a positive outcome. We were busy most days, especially Saturday (and Sunday?). Many visitors (including youngsters of both sexes) were pointed in the right direction on the web to learning more (join Ravelry) or to a local knitting group.
